Quality Assurance

Proved before it leaves the floor

A pressure vessel that fails in service is somebody's very bad day. Here is exactly what we do to make sure ours do not.

Codes & Approvals

What we build to

Our pressure vessel fabrication is IBR-approved. Design is referenced to the recognised pressure vessel codes, and we are transparent about the difference between an approval and a design basis.

IBR Approved

Approved for Indian Boiler Regulations pressure vessel fabrication.

ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1

Vessel design referenced to the ASME pressure vessel code.

IS 2825

Indian Standard code of practice for unfired pressure vessels.

GST Registered

GSTIN 27CPHPM9769J1ZY — registered since 2017.

Being precise about this. IBR approval covers our pressure vessel fabrication. ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 and IS 2825 describe the codes our vessel design and construction reference — we quote them as our design basis, not as a claim of separate third-party certification. If your purchase specification requires a particular certification we do not hold, we will tell you at enquiry stage rather than at delivery.

Testing & Inspection

Six checks between the weld and the truck

Hydrostatic Testing

Every pressure vessel is filled and pressurised above its working pressure and held, to prove the shell and every weld before it leaves our floor.

Dye-Penetrant Testing

Surface-breaking defects in welds are revealed by DP testing on critical joints, catching what a visual inspection cannot.

Radiographic Testing

Radiography is arranged through accredited agencies where the design code or your specification calls for volumetric examination.

Dimensional Inspection

Shell diameter, ovality, nozzle orientation and overall dimensions are checked against the approved drawing before dispatch.

Material Traceability

Mill test certificates are retained and correlated to the finished job so the steel in your vessel is documented.

Third-Party Inspection

We work alongside your inspection agency or the statutory authority, and make the shop and documents available for witness.

Documentation

Paperwork that satisfies your inspector

A vessel is only as good as the file that comes with it. Every job is dispatched with its documentation, so your inspection authority has what it needs on day one.

  • Mill test certificates for plate and pipe
  • Welding procedure and welder qualification records
  • Hydrostatic test certificate
  • Dye-penetrant and radiography reports where applicable
  • Dimensional inspection report
  • As-built general arrangement drawing

Credentials

The paperwork your purchase team will ask for

Vendor onboarding always comes down to documents. Here is what we hold and what we issue with every job.

Scan pending

IBR Approval

Indian Boiler Regulations

Approval to carry out pressure vessel fabrication under the Indian Boiler Regulations — the credential that lets us build and certify pressure parts.

Scan pending

GST Registration

Government of India

GSTIN 27CPHPM9769J1ZY, registered since 2017. Verifiable on the GST portal for vendor onboarding.

Welding Procedure & Welder Qualification

Third-party inspection agency

WPS, PQR and welder qualification records covering the joints and materials we work in, available for your inspection authority on request.

Test & Material Certificates

Issued per job

Hydrostatic test certificates, dye-penetrant reports and mill test certificates are supplied with every vessel — samples available on request.

Need a document that is not shown here? Ask us — we will send it across for your vendor registration.

Questions

What buyers usually ask us

Do you fabricate to our drawings, or do you design as well?

Both. Send us a finished drawing and we will fabricate to it, or give us the duty, capacity and site conditions and we will prepare the design and general arrangement drawing for your approval before we cut any steel.

Are your pressure vessels IBR approved?

Yes. We carry out IBR-approved pressure vessel fabrication, with design referenced to ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1 and IS 2825, and we supply the supporting test documentation with every vessel.

What materials do you work with?

Mild steel to IS 2062, stainless steel in SS 304 and SS 316, and duplex stainless where chloride or stress-corrosion resistance is needed. The right choice depends on your process fluid, temperature and hygiene requirement — we are happy to advise.

Do you handle one-off jobs, or only bulk orders?

Both. We take on single custom fabrications and prototypes as readily as repeat batch production.

Where do you deliver?

We dispatch by road across Maharashtra and pan-India. Delivery is quoted with the job once the size and destination are known.

How long does a typical job take?

It depends entirely on scope, material availability and testing requirements. Send us your enquiry and we will give you a realistic delivery date along with the quotation — not an optimistic one.

Want to inspect before you commit?

Bring your inspection agency to our floor. We will schedule the stage you want to witness and keep the job on the bench until you have seen it.
