Learn the trade properly
Our fitters and welders work alongside people who have been doing this since 2015. If you are willing to learn, there is someone here to teach you.
Your work is inspected and signed off
Every vessel is hydro tested and dimensionally checked before dispatch. That means your welds are looked at — and good work is visible.
Paid on time, every month
Straight terms, no deductions you have not been told about, and a word kept on what was agreed when you joined.
