From solar tanks to pressure vessels
Vasundhara Engineering was founded in 2015 at GAT No. 724 at Velu, in Bhor taluka, right off the Mumbai–Bangalore highway south of Pune. We began where a great many fabrication shops in Maharashtra begin — building solar water heater tanks and the flat plate collectors that go with them.
Solar work taught us stainless steel, insulation and the discipline of building the same assembly correctly a hundred times over. That discipline is what let us take on pressure work. Today we carry out IBR-approved pressure vessel fabrication, build bag filter systems and dampers for plant air handling, and take on general MS and SS job work to customer drawings.
We remain a proprietorship, led by Tushar Mane, with a team in the 11–50 range. That size is deliberate: large enough to handle a serious vessel, small enough that the person who quotes your job is the person who watches it being welded.
We are GST registered since 2017 under GSTIN 27CPHPM9769J1ZY, and we dispatch by road across Maharashtra and pan-India.

Tushar Mane founded Vasundhara Engineering in 2015 at Velu, in Bhor taluka, and has run it as a proprietorship ever since. What began as a shop building solar water heater tanks and flat plate collectors now carries out IBR-approved pressure vessel fabrication, builds bag filter systems and dampers for plant air handling, and takes on general mild and stainless steel job work to customer drawings.
He keeps the business deliberately hands-on. Enquiries come to him directly, drawings are reviewed with the customer before steel is cut, and the person who quotes a job is the person who watches it being welded and tested. For plant engineers and purchase teams that means a straight technical conversation rather than a sales script — and a delivery date they can plan around.
Over 11 years he has grown the firm to a team of 11–50 skilled fabricators, welders and fitters, serving customers in solar thermal, pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, HVAC and cement across Maharashtra and pan-India.
